1. Information We Collect

Sneezy is designed with privacy at its core. We do not collect, transmit, or store any personal information about you.

Any data you create within the App — such as preferences or saved content — is stored exclusively on your Apple Watch and paired iPhone using Apple's on-device storage. This data never leaves your device.

2. How We Use Information

Because we do not collect personal information, we do not use personal information for any purpose. We may review anonymized, aggregated crash reports provided by Apple through the App Store Connect platform, solely to fix bugs and improve App stability. These reports do not contain personally identifiable information.

3. Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise share your personal information with any third parties — because we don't have any. Sneezy contains no advertising SDKs, no analytics libraries, and no data-broker integrations.

4. Data Storage

All App data is stored locally on your device using standard iOS and watchOS storage APIs. We have no servers that hold your data and no ability to access it.

5. Children's Privacy

Sneezy is appropriate for all ages. Because we do not collect personal information from anyone, there are no special concerns regarding children's data under COPPA, GDPR-K, or similar regulations.

6. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights over your personal data — including the right to access, correct, or delete it. Since Sneezy holds no personal data, these rights are satisfied by design.

To remove all data associated with the App, simply delete Sneezy from your Apple Watch and iPhone. Any data stored on your device will be removed as part of standard app deletion.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "last updated" date at the top of this page. For material changes, we will provide additional notice through the App or the App Store listing. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
