Getting Started

What do I need to use Sneezy?
Sneezy requires both the iPhone and Apple Watch app to be installed. An internet connection is needed to fetch data. No account or login is required.
Which Apple Watch models are supported?
Sneezy supports Apple Watch Series 4 and later running watchOS 10 or newer. For the best experience we recommend a current-generation model.
How do I install Sneezy on my Apple Watch?
Download Sneezy from the App Store on your iPhone. The watch app installs automatically. You can also install it directly from the App Store on your Apple Watch.

Using the App

Is Sneezy available in my country?
Sneezy uses Google's Pollen API, which currently covers 65+ countries across Europe, North America, South America, Asia, Africa, and Oceania.

How do I add a complication to my watch face?
Long-press your current watch face to enter edit mode, tap "Edit", then scroll to the complication slots. Select a slot and scroll to find Sneezy. The complication gives you instant one-glance access from your wrist.
Do I need both the iPhone and Apple Watch app installed?
Yes, both apps need to be installed for Sneezy to work. Install Sneezy from the App Store on your iPhone — the Apple Watch app will be available to install from there as well.
What's the difference between the iPhone and Apple Watch apps?
Both are full apps. The iPhone app gives you a larger screen with more detail, while the Apple Watch app keeps everything accessible at a glance from your wrist. Both fetch data over the internet and stay in sync with each other.

Data & Privacy

Do you collect any personal data?
No. Sneezy does not collect, transmit, or store any personal data on external servers. There are no accounts, no tracking, and no analytics. Your data stays on your device.
Where is my data stored?
Data is stored locally on your iPhone and Apple Watch. Sneezy fetches fresh data from the internet as needed, but your personal data never leaves your device.
What happens to my data if I delete the app?
Deleting the app removes all locally stored data from your device. There is no account or cloud storage to clean up.

Purchases

How much does Sneezy cost?
Sneezy is a one-time purchase. There are no subscriptions or recurring charges.
I bought Sneezy but it's asking me to purchase again.
Make sure you are signed in to the App Store with the same Apple ID you used when you bought Sneezy. You can then re-download it at no charge.

Troubleshooting

The app isn't showing on my Apple Watch. What should I do?
Open the Watch app on your iPhone, scroll to "Available Apps", and tap Install next to Sneezy. If it's already listed under "Installed on Apple Watch", try restarting both your iPhone and Apple Watch.
The app feels slow or unresponsive on my iPhone or Apple Watch.
On iPhone, swipe the app up from the app switcher to force-quit it, then reopen it. On Apple Watch, press the side button, swipe the app card away, then reopen. If the issue persists, restart the affected device.
Data isn't loading or is out of date.
Sneezy needs an active internet connection to fetch data. Check that your iPhone or Apple Watch is connected to Wi-Fi or cellular, then pull to refresh. If the problem persists, try force-quitting the app and reopening it.
