1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Sneezy application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

2. License

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial purposes on Apple Watch and iOS devices that you own or control, and as permitted by the App Store Terms of Service.

You may not: (a) copy, modify, or create derivative works of the App; (b) reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code; (c) sell, transfer, or sublicense the App to any third party; or (d) use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable regulations.

3. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy , which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review the Privacy Policy to understand our practices.

4. Intellectual Property

The App and all content, features, and functionality are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or interest in the App other than the limited license set out above.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from: (a) your use of or inability to use the App; (b) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers; or (c) any errors or omissions in any content.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
